I want to know what the lowest note on the bass is, fingerings and everything.

On most bass clarinets it is a low Eb. There is an extra key for the right little finger that is next to the two keys on the bottom row,

Some professional bass clarinets go down to low C. The fingering for this note depends on who made it. The right thumb is usually used to play the lowest notes in most configurations.
