Have any BBoarders had a low F vent mechanism fitted to a buffet soprano clarinet and, if so, by whom?

I have seen Guy Chadash's version of this and it was superb and it performed superbly. He is a wizard of clarinet acoustics.

On his [favored] Selmer Recital, Bill Viseur, Tulsa plays very beautiful chalemeau [and lower clarion] passages in our local symphony with the vent, wish I had one on my best cls! Don

Is this the extra key I saw on Ricardo Morales' clarinet on the cover of the International Musician? It looked like a low Eb key, but the clarinet didn't seem to be longer and the cup size seemed rather small.

I also noticed he had a Pyne mouthpiece (at least for the photo).
