Certainly older than this century and prob. older than the 1900s. It looks to me to be a "turn-of-the-century" Buff Albert, with the "final"?? improvements, wrap-around reg. key, rollers on "long keys", patent F#/C#, 2 rings [each] above and below. The lower bell ring being off may be of some concern, the ligature looks like the old "flip-down" variety, interesting and useful!, likely more to brag about, closer inspection needed. The seller notes that there is a letter "P" under the trade name which would indicate either H.P. or L.P. If the buyer intended to use the clarinet for jazz, or whatever, that would make a tremendous difference.

If it is indeed marked HP or LP, then this places it between about 1896 and the mid 1930s.

Older than most of *us*
If it wasn't for that H or L being so hard to determine... we'd have a better idea. Dee is as accurate as anyone's going to get with the information given.

It looks like it is from aroud the 20's. I've got a couple of other French ones from the 20's that have the same keywork and a bell ring.
