Rubank Clarinet Duets, Vol. 2 (advanced)
Lazarus Method, Part 3 (Duos and Operatic Duos)
Langenus Method, Part 3 (plus the Beethoven Trio at the end)
Khulau (transcriptions of flute duets)
Klose Method, Part 3 (though the 2nd part is less interesting than the 1st)

I was going to say the Mendelssohn pieces too. They're really fun and practically mini-concertos.

Rossini's concert piece for 2 clarinets and orchestra. This is a wonderful piece although I am not very sure about Rossini's parenthood of it (on Orfeo CD by Dieter Klocker), and Crusell rondo for 2 Cl. & piano.

Jim - Lazarus Method either books 2 or 3 have some excellent original writting for clarinet in pairs. Most enjoyable and quite challenging.

I would have to second the Krommer concertos in my limited exposure to duos. They don't seem to be widely recorded. The recording of the Krommer duos that I have is on the Naxos label. A very good recording and performance at a modest price. Look on Oliver Seely's pdf/midi music site (there is a link here to get there from this website) if you want to try playing it.
