I think theres a concert piece or something by Rimsky-Korsakov...um, you could probably look it up here on sneezy, (oops, i mean woodwind) and find out the details.

The Rimsky-Korsakov is for clarinet and military band.

The Manevich concerto is very good and not terribly difficult.

Best regards.

A few others off the top of my head (who are at least Soviet, if not Russian):

Boris Tchaikovsky, Clarinet Concerto (or maybe it is a concertino)
Lev Knipper, Concerto
Serge Taneyev, Canzonetta
Serge Prokofiev, Overture on Hebrew Themes
Andre Tchaikovsky, Sonata (?)
Aram Khatchaturian, Trio
Mikhail Glinka, Trio Pathetique

I'm not positive about Andre Tchaikovsky. I'm going by the surname. I'll try to veryify it when I get home and I'll try to dredge up a few more names. I know I have at least one or two more on recordings or sheet music.

Best regards,
jnk

Stravinsky's Three Pieces for Solo Clarinet and Mikhail Starokadomsky's Two Pieces.
