 Kell staccato studies

I am about to order some books of clarinet studies over the internet. Can anyone tell me whether Kell 'Clarinet Staccato' and Kell '17 Staccato Studies' are the same studies published under different titles or different sets of studies.

No they are quite different. Unfortunately, the "Clarinet Staccato" book is no longer available in the US.
