How in the world do I do that trill, I have it in a piece for like 4-5 measures, and I can't trill Throat F-G, it's IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!!(Is there a way to do it??)

While playing your throat f, trill your G# key with the left hand index finger. This is the same fingering used 6 measures before B in Mendelssohn's Scherzo from "A Midsummer Night's Dream."

..and if you want the G with better intonation, hold down the right hand Eb side key.
This also goes for trilling C6 to D.

I do the trill with my thumb, using the standard fingerings. You have to use some wrist, but as little as possible. As you get better, it gets easier.
