A friend of mine has a OLD Noblet Bass Clarinet ( small serial number) and wants to know the age of it. I remember somewhere there is a place to look up such information. Can anyone help? Its wood and with some TLC could be a great instrument. any help would be appreciated
Thanks

Unfortunately Leblanc does not publish their serial number information. You will have to call Leblanc directly and ask. I have called them on a couple of occasions with inquiries about my clarinets and have gotten conflicting answers.

If you go to the pop-up menu on the top right of the BB page that says * [Jump To...] * and select "Serial Numbers" and click Go! you can read what Dave Surber of Leblanc has to say about it.

If you are able to talk to Dave personally, (very helpful person) you will probably get as close as you can get to the real date.

Good Luck,
