Does anyone have any problems playing the Eb (e.g pitching notes above Altissimo D?)

Everyone does. It is the nature of the instrument. You need to learn voicing techniques and alternate fingerings to tame it.

Have fun, part of it is finding a good eb, but it can be tamed, i promise

When it was said that the oboe was the "ill wind that nobody blows good", he obviously wasn't around an Eb clarinet player....

One technique that I use above altissimo E, is filling parts of the cavity with air, still with a firm chin. This seems to give an extra push to the airflow and prevent biting. Don't do it on E, or you'll get a loud A instead.
Doing this takes me up to the next C if necessary. It takes a lot of practice to control but is very helpful once you have it.
Other necessary conditions are to pick a MP that takes fairly hard reeds to help to get you up there and a good embouchure to master them.
Mitchell Lurie MP Crystal or ebonite and White Master 3 1/2-4 work for me.
Remember, never allow yourself to bite when you play in the altissimo register and stop playing when you're tired. If not, your lips can become ruined for days.

Here's another hint:
A common problem can be solved easily. Too many clarinetists hold the Eb at the same
angle they would the Bb. Be sure your angle is a little closer to your body. This will create
a better angle for the tongue and give you more stability in the upper register.
