I have purchased reeds and accessories from them and their service to me for these purchases has been wonderful. They have been very helpful to me since I am not a clarinetist myself, just a mom trying to find the best solutions for my daughter who is a high school student. I would be very interested in comments from any one who has used them for repair service!
