Can't say specifically about K 622, but my Cassell's German/English Dictionary defines "eingang" as "entrance" or "entry".

An Eingang is a connecting passage. In the Mozart the Eingang in the second movement of the clarinet concerto connects the end of the "B" section to the return of the "A" section. This slow movement is a three-part form: ABA. Mozart wrote out the Eingang for this spot in the slow movement of the clarinet quintet and it is often used in the same place in the concerto.

Etimologically speaking: ein=one or sole, gang=wise.
i.e. Connect them.
