 Evette/Evette-Schaeffer Chronology

Like many people on the sidelines, I have seen Evettes, (not sure about Evette Master Models), Evette Schaeffers, Evette Schaeffer Master Models, etc. I understand that this is a second tier offering from Buffet/Boosey. Can anyone give a rundown of the timeframe that the names appeared? Were Evettes and Evette Schaeffers ever made concurrently? Also, does the term Master Model always mean the same thing on these horns?
