Sneezy Unavailability

Dear BBoarders,
Sneezy has been having a bit of a problem from Code Red/Nimda attacks. While Sneezy isn't susceptible to the attacks themselves, the traffic that they generate can cause problems with accessing the pages. For a while there Sneezy was trying to fend off over 100 request/second which ended up flooding the communications channel - it struggled to stay alive and answering the requests.

I've made some changes in the configuration files and hopefully everything will stay OK for a while.
