 Problem with Selmer Omega

Hi, my friend has a Selmer Omega and one of the inserts for the tone holes came out. Does anyone know if he can fix this, or if he has to take it to someone? If he does, does the technician have to be good? We live in a rural area and there is one technician who isn't very good and really doesn't specialize in clarinets. Thanks for any help!
