I have been for years trying to find where this song is from. First apperance was in some TV shows around 1985. Today, while listening to it I have realized the clarinet's pitch seems to be higher than usual. It seems to be A=448 but i'm not completly sure. Are there any country where the A=448 tunning is common? Looking for clarinets with that tunning, it seems to be extremely rare. Does that means whoever played that clarinet had to use a custom made clarinet?
I have attached the song to this post (the only known 30 seconds at least). The clarinet solo starts at 22 seconds.

Let's not make a big deal over one's choice of the word "song".
After all, Mendelssohn didn't have a problem with it.

To get back to the OP's original question...
First, I don't think the recording is as high as that. It doesn't stay still on any note long enough to get a good reading with my tuner app, but the pitches my tuner plays while tuned to A=440 sound pretty much like what's on the recording. - there's a lot of Bb and D to latch onto by ear.
Second, I don't see anything on the site that Hunter found that shows it's even a clarinet. Might be a keyboard (the one in the picture?) with a clarinet patch? A keyboard can be tuned to anything you want.

Unfortunatley the music in this video was made with AI. It's not the original song :( I appreciate the effort tho, thank you

Its the same recording as the example mp3 file you provided. The sampling quality is different between the two versions but I don't know why you would think the youtube version I found is AI generated ...

Because most of the lead sequence is different and don't makes much sense, the clarinet sound is different (sounds less natural) and because there's many youtube videos with AI reconstructions of this song
