Does anyone have a pdf copy of the clarinet part to the Bellison arrangement for clarinet and piano of the Mozart Rondo K382? It would be much appreciated!

Thanks for the scan Bennett!
It seems that Klöcker recorded a very similar arrangement:

He doesn't play the huge cadenza provided by Bellison, but he does use a slightly modified version of the opening phrase (itself derived from Mozart's own cadenza) and then skips straight to the coda.
It would be interesting to find out whether Klöcker had an historical arrangement, or whether Bellison was the first to come up with the idea of arranging KV 382.

It seems that Klöcker recorded the Bellison arrangement. I believe this is currently the only recording of the piece with orchestra, although Bellison did perform it with the NY Phil. The liner notes to the CD refer to "a manuscript score acquired by the Jewish clarinetist Simeon Bellison (1881-1953) in St Petersburg at the beginning of the twentieth century..[and who] arranged the variations for clarinet and piano in 1939."
The program notes for the Feb 14, 1944 Private Concert with Bellison and conducted by Rodzinski states that the arrangement was BY Bellison as does the Carl Fisher hire library.

The use of sleigh bells and glockenspiel is a nice touch whoever made the arrangement.
