 Manuel de Falla La Vida Breve Bass Clarinet Part

Hello - Does anyone have a transcription of Manuel de Falla's La Vida Breve (Spanish Dance) orchestral bass clarinet part originally in bass clef rewritten for bass clarinet in treble clef? Thanks so much.

This is one of those (annoying) parts that jumps between treble and bass clefs. How is it to be played? A written C3 in bass clef is played up an octave as C4. But what about a C5 in treble clef? Is it played as C5, or as C6?
