Turning the adjusting ring in my PS zoom barrel became quite difficult recently. Can I lubrificate it? If so, what should be used?
Thanks

Most likely, the wood has swollen and is binding on the delrin bore. You can disassemble and gently sand down the inside of the wooden lower piece and it will fit and turn much better.

And then remember to swab the barrel after using. My P and S is 10 years old and has not jammed because I dry both sides of the barrel. This bad boy does not like cold weather.

Yes, it works perfectly now. It makes sense that wood has swollen over time and it was fixed as suggested.
Also, I will pay extra attention when swabbing this barrel.
Thank you both for your help.
