I just found one at my local shop:
https://www.wwr.co.uk/hite-alto-clarinet-basset-horn-mouthpiece-outfit-with-lig-cap-dhac.html
I had to search quite strangely for it though. A google shopping search didn't find it. A mp search on their website didn't find it. I had to search their website for "Hite".
They're good people there. I'm sure they would ship it to you if you phone them and ask.

It seems they often go through periods where they are out of stock everywhere. I tried to buy one last year but it took months before they became in stock again. They are worth the wait though, I highly prefer them to any other commercially available alto mouthpiece. The only mouthpiece I prefer over the Hite is my custom mouthpiece by Olav Bakke.

They would be paying more than double the US price not even including shipping.
Dan, if you are desperate for a mouthpiece I would just get a Yamaha 4C with some 2.5 reeds to hold you over until they come in stock. With a 10% off coupon I got mine from WWBW for under $75 shipped. Even buying both together you are still saving money over buying it from that shop the UK.

The Hite is a nice mouthpiece so you have made a good choice. It gives a very full sound. If you want to go a little deeper in your pockets the Grabner mouthpiece is really nice too. It gives better high notes than the Hite too althuogh yu rarely see them on alto.

the hite arrived today! first impression is it has best tone of any of my mpcs . however there is good and bad here. the hite i found {and it took a lot of looking} is apparantly a NOS model from when david and jean made them themselves-before the company was sold to babbit. its got a narrow table and is desighned for only alto clarinet reeds. legere reeds dont fit right and the edges bite into my lip. reg alto clarinet reeds -no problem. however i am wanting to go all synthetic reeds now and the forestone reeds i have sound lousey on the new hite. same for bravo. rico plasticovers sound good so i may go this route or if i have to i will use real cane . it plays wonderfully and came with a hite lig which i like as well. i know its nos as david hites phone # is on the box. given he passed away in 2004 id say this mpc has been sitting unsold a long time. box is quite shopworn

Wow! That's really interesting that that has been waiting to be sold for such a long time.
I'm really glad it works with cane and that the tone is so good.

finnally got to try out the hite at rehersal. it lives up to its numerous recommendations i got here. easy the best i have played except for my bay . for a mass produced mpc-i dont see how you can do better than this mpc. . the hite ligature is also pretty darn good . mine is old enough that it still came with a ligature.

They all come with ligatures an caps, even the new ones. One of many reasons they are one of the best values as far as alto clarinet mouthpieces go.
