Does anyone know anything about the V13????

I have just seen THIS for sale....

A "V13" Vandoren clarinet mouthpiece.... I vaguely remember hearing of these, but a quick google does not come up with any info... The box looks like the boxes from maybe 10/15 years back, anyone know the specs etc?
