Sid Phillips performance in St. George's Hall?
Author: Fuzzy

Over the years, I've read several articles which place clarinetist Sid Phillips as having performed at St. George's Hall in Guernsey, CI.

My understanding is that St. George's Hall was widely used for various events (from Opera to Roller Derbies). However, I have never been able to find exactly where St. George's Hall was located (though I think I might have found the block - perhaps now used as a lumber yard?)

At any rate, if any of you UK (or French) folks might have some insight about the Hall and where it was located, I'd love to hear about it (here or via e-mail).

Thanks,
Fuzzy ;^)>>>
