 Klose and Pares Book

Hi,
I have 2 questions which would appreciate your help, please:

(1) Is Klose's book, Daily Exercises for the Clarinet part and parcel of the other book of Klose, Method Complete?

(2) Has anybody used Pares' Daily Exercises and Scales for clarinet? This book is for what grade and your comments on this book, please.
