Aside from the wondrous Bach Cello suites, which pieces for solo cello are accessible on the bass clarinet?
Although the double and triple stops in the Bach suites are totally manageable, some of the solo cello repertoire, such as Kodaly's Op. 8, are full of chording and bowing techniques that would be difficult or impossible on bc.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Look up works of Tobias Hume and Erik Satie. I believe they both wrote pieces for unaccompanied cello.
