After I sent an email to him.
Mr. Ed Pillinger suggested his F2 and F3 models for me.
But, it's impossible to me to go to England to try them by myself.
Although, there are some informations on his website, I still want to know more informations.
Has anyone ever tried them?
What is the difference between these two models?
Thanks,
Kita

I recently bought a mouthpiece from Ed Pillinger. He was very helpful and patient, sending a number of different things to try. The postal overheads will be a bit more complex if you're not in the UK, however: there would be customs charges if you're in the USA. Apart from the different F2/F3 blanks, he offers a big range of lays, and I certainly didn't try all combinations. But of those that I did, I preferred the F2. This is because I found the F3 chamber made my throat notes too flat, in a similar way to the Vandoren 13 series. Of course, for some people this nature of the 13 series is a feature and not a bug - it may help if you know which camp you're in.

I really have issues with certain 13 series vandy pieces as well. Ed makes great equipment and certainly this correction is a good thing.
