I just read the new book about Stanley Drucker titled "Stanley Drucker - Clarinet Master"
https://www.amazon.com/Stanley-Drucker-Clarinet-Estrin-Mitchell/dp/149115117X/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1550084664&sr=8-1&keywords=stanley+drucker+clarinet+master
It's everything one hoped it would be. 200+ pages detail his complete life from his early years as a beginning 10-year-old student clarinetist through his entire career with the NY Philharmonic, and everything in between.
For the equipment nerds there are specifics about his Buffet clarinets, Vandoren reeds, and his famous Lelandais mouthpiece (with photos).
All in all, a great tribute to one of the giants of the clarinet world.
BTW - If you are on good terms with your local librarian, you can ask them to order it for you and add it to their library collection. My local library was more than happy to do it for me.
