Hokay, I got the 2-3/4 Legere soprano sax reed. It works, but I have not found my tuner to check the pitch yet. But...the clarinet, which is still essentially brand new, has a few pinky keys that click when operated. I'm assuming it needs a bit of oil? They had to be pushed a little to operate since they were a tiny bit stuck. It has been sitting in the case for more than a year, and had a grand total of maybe 20 hours on it before then. I tried to sell but no bites, so I still have it, and might as well mess with it. So if it needs oil, I need Oiling For Dummies, what do I use and where do I put it? The keys work; they just click and they did not before.

Clicking is usually because small, thin cork shims are missing where the two key pieces meet. Oiling wouldn't help that. Small pieces of scotch tape can be a short term fix.
