That's the, uh," Reformed Wrong-Way Corrigan System" method of assembly, used primarily in the German-speaking Aleut Eskimo countries, if I'm not mistaken.
Don't worry, we Americans frequently assemble clarinets in such a manner. If they'd only include instructions in the package.....

According to seller, more or less, it's....
"No markings other than the Zinnner mouthpiece, a beautiful piece, piece under the mouthpiece marked Haarriss - but that's no problem. Otherwise, as a layman, I think it's okay !"
Hmmm. Bidding started at 50 cents and climbed rapidly to 30 bucks :]

Re: the instrument:
It's a simple system wood (unidentified) clarinet with a new mouthpiece. Beyond that, from the description and the pix, the seller seems to know next to nothing about it.
There are about 10 1/2 hrs left and the bidding is around 70 dollars. I don't know what the time zone difference is from where you are but, if you want to ask questions you'd better do it soon
