Identifying an old Leblanc Bass

Hi, I have an old wooden Leblanc Paris Bass Clarinet, and I am interested in what model it is. I could not find any model numbers anywhere on the body, except for an unusual "33" engraved in the metal right below the octave key vent, and the serial number #14991. I have searched online that serial number, and I could not find any matches

Leblanc Paris
Low Eb
Single octave vent
Wooden
Serial #14991
'33' engraved right below octave vent

Another thing thats a bit weird is that the thumb rest is annoyingly low on the instrument. It hurts your thumb! It is at the same level as the low B natural/ F#

The bass is from the mid 80s according to this list:

To identify tones, please use the "Smileys/Notes" link at the top. The thumb rest is level with the B3 ( [B3]

) key.

Does the clarinet have a fork Ab3/Eb5 (see attached pic)? Then it is a 325, otherwise a 400, which by far are the most common.

It does not have that mechanism that was in the picture, so it must be a 400. But what confused me is that there is no 14991 serial number on that list. I assume just that the list is incomplete, so it would have to had been made at around '85.
