I'm going to buy a Lyrique Noblissima clarinet. I heard it's basically a 576. What mouthpiece do you recommend for someone who uses vandoren 3.5 strength reeds? My old mouthpiece is chipped so I'm using a brand new one.

I would contact Tom directly for his thoughts.

Call Tom. You may get to purchase a pro MP at a discount. I have a couple of his RE-10s and they play very smoothly ...
If you like close facings, a Fobes Debut (or SF model) or VD M13 is a good, easy, focused blow with 3.5 VD blue box or the other cuts. The Rico reserve X0 is nice, but not quite my cup of tea ... although will have to see how it works with some new clarinets heading my way ...

I'd be matching the reed to the new mouthpiece rather than the mouthpiece to the reed.

I love the ridenour eroica, best mouthpiece I ever played. And I definitely think it gave a much more focussed sound to the clarinet. (I have used a 5rv, a b45 a 2rv? And a Yamaha 4c and they spread the sound too much)
I tried the re10 for half a minute last week, and was pretty happy with it too. Although I didn't do any comparisons.
