I'm sorry - I'm sure his is a name that I will instantly recognize from having read it, but I don't know him by appearance. Who is he? And why doesn't YouTube identify the people in these videos?

It's interesting that he picked Hahn and one of the Violin Partitas instead of YoYo Ma or another cellist and one of the Cello Suites. I haven't listened to the whole video yet - does he talk about that?

Well, of course I know who he is when you tell me his name, and I've probably seen him on other videos as well, but I don't recognize him and YouTube doesn't identify him beyond identifying the Earspasm channel.

I love doing the Violin Sonatas/Partitas and the Cello Suites with my more experienced clarinet students. It's a wealth of great music!
