 Erwinn Fantasy - Meister

Hello,

I am currently trying to write program notes for Georges Meister's Erwinn Fantasy and was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction to find any information on the piece and composer. It's been difficult to even find the piece, and I found out it was even out of print for a while.

If anyone knows why there are two editions and where the theme for the piece came from (was it taken from something, based on something, or just composed without any reference) that would also be great.

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated!
