Tony -
As Mark says, the Erwin Fantasie is published by Fischer as part of the Langenus series of solos. These are about the least expensive editions there are. I got my copy (quite a few years ago) for $1.25. I doubt that it's much over $5.00 now. I'm pretty sure it's still in print.
Erwin is one of the very best solos in the operatic theme-and-variations "finger-wiggler" style. It's more fun than a barrel of monkeys. It lies beautifully under the fingers and has places to sing as well as to show off.
I modestly point you to my posting on the Weber Concertino from a couple of years ago at http://www.sneezy.org/clarinet/BBoard/read.html?f=1&i=14529&t=14450 , where I discuss how to approach theme-and-variations pieces.
Best regards.
