I believe the OP wants to discard the Vandoren/Rico soft plastic sleeves they originally come packaged in? Or am I misreading the above posts?

The LaVoz/Rico Reed Gard plastic 4 reed holders are okay for a simple solution but I quite like the Protec 12 reed holder (image attached):
