Anyone know if there's a free online version of a cadenza for this piece.

You might have luck by contacting the soloist directly. I emailed Andrew Marriner years ago to get a copy of the cadenza he added to Weber's Concertino. He was beyond nice and sent me a copy of the cadenza.
You never know without asking.

Did you buy his recording of the weber concertino or find it online somewhere? If you got it for free link?

Aw, I was hoping I could find a recording of it for free. Andrew Marriner is the person my teacher recommended me listen to and I'm playing the weber concertino for my solo.
