 Protec Quick Note stamp

I'm a bit amazed to find that Protec's Quick Note stamp for clarinet is only available at one (relatively small) retailer that I can find. The saxophone stamp seems to be readily available, however.

I'm not willing to pay a $10 shipping charge on a $13 item from that outfit, so I'm looking around for a substitute that doesn't require a separate ink pad. Does anyone have a suggestion for an alternative?

Does anyone know why Protec doesn't make these anymore? (WWBW said that they're not back ordered or anything like that.) Seems very odd to me, given the popularity of the clarinet.
