I found the sheet music for C clarinet. While I have one, it is difficult to play in tune. Has it been transcribed for Bb or A Clarinet? I've been looking but I can't find anything.

I performed this once many years ago, and my edition (I think it's Salabert) has a B-flat part. I don't think it came with a C part.

Again it was many years back I played this but am also certain it was a Bb part on my edition (definitely French edition as paper it was printed on was very soft and porous, bit like toilet paper!).

There are two recordings of the Milhaud Suite by French clarinetists, one by Ulysse Delecuse (YouTube) and the other by Jean Marc Fesser (also YouTube).
Sharmusic offers the parts for about $20.00, and nothing in their description indicates clarinet in C,
Yet, with the performance by Fesser, YouTube also shows the score, line by line, as the performers play, and the score is marked "Clarinet in Do" rather than Sib.

Played this wonderfully fun piece many times.
The score is non-transposed. The part is for Bb clarinet.

I too have played it many times, never seen or heard of a C part. Always in Bb.

I cannot find the Bb version. I have only seen the C version. Does anyone have a link to the Bb version?

The Bb version can be purchased here:

I play this piece often. I transpose the 1st and 3rd mvts onto A clarinet.
The transposition puts the mvts in F major, as opposed to E major on the Bb clarinet.
