Does anyone know where I can get a clarinet version of Massenet's Méditation from Thaïs that has a CD accompaniment?
I've had a good Google and haven't come up with anything

Any accompaniment CD will do. You simply read up a step. On a slow piece like the Meditation from Thais, this be easy after a bit of practice.
The difficult part will be keeping the introspective character of the piece while also projecting and managing the high tessitura.

I don't have a CD, but "French Pieces for Clarinet and Piano" has an arrangement. (Edited by Dona Gillam and Mizzy McCaskill, published by MelBay, 1994.) The clarinet part is in D Major.
It's in the chalumeau register, but could be transposed up, as the highest note is F.
