While I know a lot of contemporary clarinet pieces, I don't know many in the Classical and Romantic Eras other than the common concertos, a few chamber works and a few Sonatas. Can you all name some more for me to check out?

Krommer - Clarinet Concerto
Spohr - Clarinet Concerto (1st is my favorite though there are four)
Weber - Introduction, Theme and Variations
Rossini - Introduction, Theme and Variations
Wagner (Baerman) - Adagio
Brahms - Clarinet Trio (simply one of the best pieces in our literature)
Mozart - Trio for Clarinet, Viola and Piano

Baroque-Early Classical
Gordon Jacob created a concertino based on some Tartini pieces which is very nice.
Classical--Vanhal wrote some nice sonatas, but I think the one in B-flat is the one most often performed. There's at least one available on IMSLP/Petrucci.
Romantic--There's the Mendelssohn sonata which has some nice moments, but it's not among the composer's best.
You're probably familiar with the Saint-Saëns sonata.
Max Reger wrote a couple sonatas and Albumblatt & Tarantella.
Charles Villiers Stanford wrote a fair amount for the clarinet, including a concerto and sonata.
Daniel Gregory Mason wrote a sonata. I remember hearing once that it was the first clarinet sonata written by an American composer, but I'm not sure if that's true.

Many clarinet books have an appendix listing dozens/hundreds of works for clarinet in various combinations, The Clarinet by Jack Brymer comes to mind but there are several others

Vivaldi's concerti RV 559 and 560 are for pairs of clarinets and oboes. RV 556 calls for clarinets among the solo instruments.
Oboe d'amore parts can be played on the A clarinet without transposition.
