The quick a fix during performances or rehearsals would be to quickly blow out (or suck out) the bead of water that sits there at the tone hole. Also a very good solution is to have a few squares of a paper towel (those blue shop towel types you see in the hardware section of stores) in your case and quickly dab one under the pad when moisture accumulates.

Thanks very much for the answer.
I know both ways to face the problem but the first is not enough and the second too slow. I'm wondering what could be the cause of this situation. Sorry for bad English

Your English is fine.
One other thing you could try is to use your pull-through swab after 10-15 minutes of playing. Even if there is no water there then this can sometimes prevent it!

and.........
Perhaps place a dab of vaseline just ahead of the tone hole in the bore. This would help divert the stream of condensation somewhat.

I've had success treating the tone hole and pad surface with an automotive silicone spray applied with a cotton bud.
