Just got a old Buffet A clarinet, the bore looks shining, but between A and register keys, there are some chip offs(see pic).
If these chip off will affect intonation/tonal quality?
Please advise

This may or may not affect some notes so that you would notice. It is repairable. It is an odd place to have some chips. I wonder how it occurred, if there is any other damage and if it might be leaking through the body.

Looks like damage caused by someone trying (badly) to remove a stuck swab with a metal tool.
I doubt it is enough to cause any intonation problems.

THX for all your comments.
Steven: How much it could cost to have it fixed?
