I have two neck straps, so that would be feasible for pieces where the switches aren't too quick. If I'm playing something like Night on Bald Mountain, though, I think it would make things difficult.
In another recent thread I came up with an idea for a new neckstrap attachment design; I think I'm going to create it at my school's metal shop and see if it works well.
