Clark Fobes makes great mouthpieces and is easy to work with. You might contact him to let him know what you are interested in and he can steer you in the right direction.

The B40 is a medium open tip opening, HOWEVER, it is a relatively short facing. I have never run across another commercially made mouthpiece quite like it so I'd agree with "Tylerleecutts." I appreciate your desire to try new things but since "trying-before-you-buy" is not an option, I'd say your chance of finding something you like with a shot-gun approach is very slim.
If you're willing to "shot-gun" at a higher price point, you could ask Greg Smith to make 'an equivalent.' Dealing directly with a maker, you may be able to have several sent to you on trial. Greg's prices are around $350 US Dollars these days, but worth every penny!

I just asked for a mouthpiece despite vandoren which is near b40 at face dimensions (not tip).maybe that will be something at the same price.the fact that I only know about europas and their commons with b40 it's by accident

Alexis:
Before I give the well intended advice of not "trying" new mouthpieces through purchase, thereafter selling them barely used, at no doubt a smaller amount than their original purchase price, if they simply don't meet your taste,
...or to say it another way, to try before you buy, if even possible in your locale, let me first address this issue I have.
Alexis--I fear I've lost something in translation. I 'll guess that your English (which is light years better than my Greek) has been expressed in a confusing way.
Here's why: you've asked for a mouthpiece that's bigger in your mouth, yet with similar facing (which would mean the slope of the rails, their length, width, and the similar reduction in their width as the tip of the mouthpiece is approached) to the B40, but with a smaller tip.
Though not inclined to do so with a contributor whose first or strong language is English, I might also interpret "similar facing" here (perhaps incorrectly) to be "similar inside dimensions," particularly in the mouthpiece's chamber.
Now, while mouthpiece circumferences ("bigger" mouthpieces???) differ somewhat, and different nation's reed width can vary (French, German etc.) a bit, I am wondering when you say "bigger in your mouth," if what you mean is that you can grab more of the mouthpiece and still nicely play on it--which might be consistent with a mouthpiece with longer rails/less beak angle, and/or rails that seperate from the reed further from the tip, as measured with the mouthpiece outside the player's mouth.
Maybe "bigger in your mouth" means a more open sound...or dare I say easier to blow that a B30 (which in my humble opinion is not a hard mouthpiece to play.)
The funny thing though is that "face dimensions" are what make the tip opening what it is. To seek similar metrics on these in a new mouthpiece is to derive a similar tip opening to that which you have: not your desired outcome.
Please understand that I am not judging your English or intellect. If you care to write me privately in Greek, I can seek out Greek conversant clarinet players at my end, so nothing is lost in translation.

Don't worry) there is no problem with your answer of course:)) Thank you for this try to understand me cause it's gonna help me to be more clear!
The problem is that I don't know the word to describe the part of the part of the mouthpiece which I want to be the same with b40. I'm taking about the part that my teeth touch and the whole mask feel.i think its called "facing".i just want all the the other thinks like tip opening to be the same but the face to be bigger!another thing could help is that I feel the playeasy narrow in my mouth so my mask has to get stronger to achieve a good intonation.mostly high notes.did I get clear???? :(

You refer to the entire outline of the mouthpiece at the top. This is commonly referred to as "the beak" (like a bird).
So in addition to not wanting to repeat the Vandoren you would even want to avoid the Vandoren "Profile 88" which is intentionally made more slender so it feels 'smaller' in your mouth.
This does become a complex issue because you can easily make a facing long enough so that you have to take in enough mouthpiece to get there. The problem from where I sit is that the feel of the reed's interaction with the mouthpiece must take precedence over where you 'want' the mouthpiece to sit in your face.
My humble suggestion is to forget about this 'comfort' requirement.
An easy check on this would be to see if any of your colleagues play a traditional German mouthpiece and have them let you try it (and not the Play Nick you have, I mean a mouthpiece made for an Oehler horn). Though narrower at the tip, you wind up taking in so much mouthpiece that it feels MUCH bigger than a French mouthpiece to play.

I realize your advice for the position of the mouthpiece.
And I thank you so much for your time.
But let me say something.if there is no other company or constructor who makes those dimensions I'll buy another b40.you get what i mean.its a right time to try something else but I just want to be familiar with b40

I want to guess the above is Greek transliterated into a non-Latin Italic alphabet.
(Linguists help me out.)
I hope nothing is lost in translation.
At some point, it appears that the Forbes Europa 3 mouthpiece is recommended.
I'm confused. The poster wants the same tip opening of his B40, which is 119.5, or 1.195mm. Mr. Forbes says subtract "around" (my word, not his, derived from his words "rough equivalent") "5" from Vandoren's tip opening measurements to match his tip openings. I presume Mr. Forbes means 5 1/100ths of a millimeter.
That would bring us to a Forbes mouthpiece of about 114.5, or 1.145mm in size, suggesting the Europa 4 or 5....and yet Mr. Forbes suggests the Europa 3 as his closest counterpart to the Vandoren B40, as has correctly Mr. Shusta above.
I guess subtracting "5" is an average amount for Mr. Forbes' product offerings.

Here's Alexis Stenakis with his "Jazz Improvised Clarinet Encore":
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M_Fz5knp4L4
After listening to the tone of his clarinet, perhaps more recommendations may come forth.
Yes, I had to completely redo the translation. Let me just say that I cannot recommend the Google translator.
This one, IMO, is just about flawless:
http://imtranslator.net/translation/english/to-greek/translation/
The "Back translation" allows you to change words in the top box to give you a closer meaning to what you are trying to say. After all, some words in English simply don't translate well into other languages.

After listening to your YouTube video I'm wondering why you would want to change anything!? I think your sound is just fabulous.
I do second Sylvain's recommendation though - with a Selmer C85 120 you would completely fill that room with a gorgeous tone.

hi all!!!!thank so much for you time and the good attitude.:)
1.the sound you listen at this video is coming from a Pomarico Crystal Jewel Diamond which i changed cause i found too projective.but i promise i'll try it with a softer reed before change again!!
2.I already have speak to mr Fobes and his advice was the Europa 3.
3.I think i have to check if there is any Selmer C80 here to try.Might be a good solution also
4.sorry for bad english again
