I have a Clarinet Selmer Omega with a P at the beginning of the serial number. I can't seem to find any information on that serial number is this a decent Clarinet? Is it worth anything? Thank you very much in advance!

Thank you for your reply! I am thinking something is wrong we bought this clarinet from a music store for my daughter for school and only paid $600. Could it be mishmashed parts or? The serial number is p011XXXX

That's a basic plastic clarinet and definitely neither a Selmer Paris Omega from the '50s (or their later model) nor a wooden Selmer USA Omega clarinet.
It's the same equivalent as a plastic Bundy clarinet if anything.
