Fantasy Variations

I'm trying to find a copy of the first chair clarinet part for Fantasy Variations on a Theme by Paganini by James Barnes. I've tried IMSLP, smartmusic.com, googling, and sheetmusicplus with no luck. I don't want to buy the entire score ($180); I just want the one part. Since this is not public domain music, is it even possible to buy just the one part? Does anybody have any suggestions on how I could pursue this further? Thanks in advance.

GOT IT! From the website, it doesn't look like you can order individual parts so I called the company. The individual parts sell for $3 each. I'm thrilled:) Thanks for your help.
