 CL music transposing software

Does anyone know of some software that can quickly transpose music from whatever to CL - Bb?

Not unless you input it. Finale, Sibelius, et al can do it. There are some score scanning softer vendors out there. I think that Nightengale produces one. Sibelius has a built scanning capablility available. I would have to do more research. It has been awhile since I've shopped for one.

Noteworthy composer does a good job for me. Of course you have to enter all the notes! Its shareware, they used to ask for $35 for a license. One of the best $35 I have spent. You can find them doing a web search.
