i went to contest in Viden Illinois this morning and am very happy with the results my band got!!! we got a first!!there were three judges and from one judge we got a perfect score and from the other two judges we got a couple points off from pefest score!! it was very fun and i am proud of my band for the great work we all did!!

I wish I could say that for my band we had concert festival and we got a 2 (excellant) I figured though my band would get that we had a bad day people forgetting drums, mutes ,reeds, mp, and ligatures it was really bad

Mindy, Been there and others done that.... hehehe... had a blast any time we went some where for a contest....
did any one think of using the trash cans to replace the drums.. combs and tissue paper..... masking tape or string to hold reeds.... hope the trip was fun thou...
have fun with your music.... and it is never a disaster...

there are approxamatly 32 or so people in my band....we may be small....but we have a big attractive sound
