 Ken Shaw again
Author: Tony Pay 2017

Ken Shaw wrote, apropos Patrick Hanudel:

>> I do not understand why he chooses not to respond in public. That is, in my opinion, when he makes a public statement of opinion and receives public disagreement, he cannot now claim that it is somehow "difficult" for him to say anything further. He seeks to turn a shield into a sword, and I think I'm entitled to call him on it. Among lawyers, this is called estoppel. Also chutzpah.>>

Ken Shaw said he didn't understand why I took against him. (Previously, though disagreeing with him on almost all issues, I was polite. I even applauded what I thought he had contributed.)

That changed here:

How can Ken not see this?

As the situation stands, I would not sit down at a table with Ken.

(He's a totem-pole on a crap reservation:-)

Thank god someone else said it. Will excerpts of the disagreement go in the Keepers section?

I have respect for both men's posts and perspectives. The carrying-on is doing them both a disservice.

Respectfully, James

FOR F***'S SAKE!

CONTRIBUTE!

It's not about the value of his posts, or of mine, it's a moral issue.

Does none of you have moral standards?

Tony

No thank you. I'm not interested in bolstering either your side or his when/if it fuels the continued dispute -- as it spills over from the initial thread(s) to others, so forth so on.

The last thing your dispute needs is other BB members actually forming up sides. The only two people who have a vested interest in this is you and Ken.

I'd like to smash both of your f***ing heads together, so judge my moral standards on that.

There is no 'dispute'.

What he needs to do is precisely what he demands Hanudel do.

It's as simple as that.

I have a very poor opinion of the entire BBoard and its attitude if it fails to endorse that simple request.
