 Vandoren M/O Eb Ligature

Does anyone know if the Vandoren M/O Eb ligatures can accommodate a Bb cut off reed?

I think it should
Eb clarinet reeds are the same thickness as Bb clarinet reeds
Eb clarinet reeds are just shorter
I use both Eb and cut down Bb reeds with the same ligature
I have a Rovner ligature
hope this helps
