John Manasse has recorded them twice using an arrangement by James Cohn. There are other recordings by Emma Johnson, Larry Combs and Bernard Rothlisberger that probably use the same arrangement. Richard Stoltzman has recorded the Preludes twice, using a different arrangement -- once with piano and once with orchestra. Michel Lethiec has recorded them with strings. There is also a version for clarinet quartet that has been recorded a few times. You can find most, if not all of these recordings at Amazon.
