Normandy 4 with strange serial number

Hi,

I am new to the bboard. I have recently acquired a Normandy 4 clarinet for my daughter. I have been trying to date this clarinet. I have searched all the older posts and checked out the links with serial numbers and dates. Unfortunately, this serial number doesn't appear in any of the list. The serial number is A351. The clarinet is wooden including the bell. The "4" is located inside of the shield. Does anyone have any idea on an age of this clarinet?
